Exceeding $330 million in assets, Prince George’s Community Federal Credit Union, located in Bowie, Maryland is currently recruiting for a Vice President/Director of Lending. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the incoming executive will be charged with leading the lending operations of credit union with a hands-on approach. Responsibilities will include the oversight of loan production, underwriting, collections, product development, and strategic management of the loan portfolio. The credit union is seeking a lending professional with five plus years of experience overseeing lending operations for a financial institution, proven leadership skills, and the ability to lead both tactically and strategically. Extensive experience with consumer and mortgage lending is required. Commercial lending experience, indirect lending and exposure to COOP loans is a plus. Salary range for this position will be $84,000-$130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
