| Duties: | MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Member Service Representatives provide service to members or potential members offering a full line of credit union products and services. Elements of the job include: Qualifying potential members for membership, initiating and processing new member accounts, performing account maintenance, cross-selling appropriate products and services, inputting transactions into appropriate systems and performing duties to enhance the credit union relationship with the member.

| Qualifications: | Qualifications:
�Requires a high school diploma or GED.
�Prior financial institution experience is preferred, with comparable experience in cash handling and customer service also acceptable.
�Requires good communication skills and professional demeanor with the ability to conduct business in a confidential manner.
�Requires basic computer skills working in Windows-based environments
�Requires ability to work in a high volume cash handling environment and flexibility to work a variety of schedules including weekends.
