Description:Credit Union of the Rockies is seeking a candidate that has extensive Credit Union lending and operations knowledge as well as the Credit Union industry as a whole, to fulfill this unique position.
Duties:This position will serve as the coach, mentor and main support for the sales team.

Knowledge of lending and collections processes will be key to managing the collections department that will report directly to this position.

This position will be responsible for the oversight of all back office lending as well as all systems related to front line staff support. That would include but not limited to training, maintenance, new software research and implementation.

The qualified candidate will be looked upon to identify and suggest solutions to lending and operational risks the Credit Union currently has or may have in the future. Leading directly into the writing, reviewing and maintaining the lending and operations policies and procedures.

Planning, tracking and completion of all projects the Credit Union has would fall under this candidate. This person would need to know the specifics of all projects in order to ensure we have the right people on the right tasks, ability to address issues timely and resolve them, as well ensure we are staying on budget.

This position will also be looked upon to relay all new developments and technical advancements in the industry, using this knowledge to implement and incorporate changes that will accomplish Credit Union goals.
Qualifications:Education and Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Bachelor�s Degree in a related field and/or three to five years� experience in back office operations such as risk management, lending and operations compliance and project management.

Environmental: Occasional irregular and/or extended hours. Frequent travel between branches. Occasional other periodic travel.

Physical: Continuous sitting, standing, walking, repetitive use of fingers and hands, speaking, hearing and clarity of vision. Occasional bending squatting, kneeling, reaching, twisting and lifting. Frequent use of computer and office equipment.
