Perform member�s transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Build members service through courtesy and friendliness. Presents a professional appearance at all times. Respond to members request, problems and concerns providing a timely service to our members. Direct members to the proper department for specific information and assistance.

| Duties: | Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine member transactions, including but not limited to:
deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, stop
payments to include:
a. Check cashing after verification of the integrity of the checking
instrument for proper endorsements and negotiability of check.
b. Process travelers checks and money order sales for members
c. Perform Drive Thru Window operations, if applicable
2. Process incoming mail to ensure all deposits and loan payments are
properly entered
3. Complete verification of deposits
4. Provide members with information regarding Credit Union services and
cross-sell programs as applicable. Can be asked to open new accounts
or handle member complaints or problems and assist with safe deposit box
rental and admittance
5. Stock Lobby racks with brochures and other necessary marketing material
6. Under dual control process Night Depository, ATM deposit verifications
and assist with verification of cash from correspondent institution.
7. Maintain proper cash levels at teller station
8. Balance teller drawer and perform a final balance at the end of the day

| Qualifications: | Knowledge Required:
High School graduate with 6 plus months of cash handling experience
*Will include Saturday Hours* |
