Description:Job Summary:
Serves as liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing account information, opening new accounts, and professionally handling members� daily credit union needs. Provides a variety of transaction services to members.
Duties:Primary Responsibilities:

� Assist members in completing loan applications, process approved loans, disburse funds and secure credit union interest in any collateral.

� Maintain a thorough knowledge of and perform routine transactions including, but not limited to: new accounts, share draft accounts, different IRAs available, share certificates, direct deposit, lines of credit advances, temporary check issues and plastic card requests.

� Provide routine information regarding credit union services, membership requirements and cross sale of our various products.

� Respond to members� requests, problems and complaints and/or direct the member to the proper person for specific information and assistance.

� Maintain a thorough knowledge of applicable regulations and credit union products and services and be able to discuss with members and train or assist lower level employees as requested.

� Assist members in balancing their accounts, setting up payroll distribution and researching account problems or assisting on the Teller Line, as needed.

Qualifications:Qualifications Required:

High School graduate with at least 2 years of financial institution experience and possessing exceptional interpersonal and member skills.
