Sooper Credit Union is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide high quality service to our members and potential members via telephone through inbound and outbound calls. In this role you will obtain a comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products and services

| Duties: | Major Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
� Assisting members with opening accounts and all related functions.
� Answers and educates members about products and services offered by the credit union.
� Investigates and resolves member issues within their authority.
� Assist members with E-Services.
� Explain to members the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
� Obtain information and process loan applications and answer questions about the loan process.
� Cross sell other appropriate products and services.

| Qualifications: | The qualifications of a successful candidate include:
� Twelve months of customer service or related experience
� Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
� Good problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills
� Effective cross-selling and service skills (prior sales experience preferred)
� Proficient computer skills
� Prior Call Center experience a plus
