Description:Provides administrative support and provides a variety of administrative duties for the President/CEO and the Board of Directors to ensure company directives are implemented. Consistently and proactively demonstrates initiative and good judgment in day to day operations. Work is performed independently with minimal direction. Exhibit an overall understanding of the organization and company policies and procedures. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Duties:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Initiates and edits correspondence and documents.
2. Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
3. Prepares and prioritizes executive�s daily schedule; assigns and maintain highly complex meeting and travel commitments.
4. Develops reports in data collection and report development. May involve basic analysis.
5. Acts as the project leader on department and/or company projects.
6. Develops individual daily schedule and prioritize workload with emphasis on efficient time management. Anticipates future deadlines and initiates activities to ensure the continuity of operations.
7. On a continuous basis; identifies initiates and implements routine process improvements.
8. Tracks budget expenditures, personnel data and independently follows up and makes corrections or adjustments where needed.
9. Supervises trains and manages other administrative personnel.
10. Acts as Recording Secretary for the Board of Directors for board and committee meetings.
11. Compiles, transcribes, and distributes minutes of meetings.
12. Prepares the monthly reports for review by the Board of Directors at the monthly board meetings.
13. Plans, coordinates and facilitates the annual Planning and Strategy Meetings which includes making travel and hotel arrangements, preparing the agenda and presentations and acting as the liaison between the company and vendors.
14. Leads, plans and implements company events such as the staff appreciation dinner, annual golf tournament, annual membership meeting and the holiday charity breakfast.
15. Coordinates and directs office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, in order to aid executives.
16. Tracks Board of Directors� activities which may include travel arrangements, conference registration, training activities and board of director elections.
17. Edits and maintains the board policies and bylaws.
18. Communicates with the appropriate regulatory agencies on changes to the company bylaws or filing of annual and routine reports.
19. Manages and maintains executive�s schedules.
Qualifications:Education:

High School diploma or GED. Associates degree is preferred.

Experience:

Six or more years of progressively more complex administrative experience required.
