This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members. A key component of this service delivery is to build long term member relationships by identifying the financial needs of our members and offering them a Credit Union solution that will improve their financial life. To promote Credit Union products and services, and to provide accurate, professional, friendly service to all members and potential members.

| Duties: | Major Responsibilites of the position are to; Process consumer loans according to established credit union policies, assist the branch manager with the hiring, direction, development, motivation and discipline of branch personnel, monitor workflows, applications, and finished work to ensure compliance with credit union policies and procedures, represent the branch as appropriate in its relationships with members, community groups, and other financial institutions and similar groups. This is a well-established branch in the community, requiring a motivated, independant, self-starter with demonstrated leadership and sales coaching abilities. Spanish speaking preferred.

| Qualifications: | Skills/ Requirements
Experience: Two to five years of similar or related experience required.
Education: A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or equivalent work experience required.
Other Skills: Lending experience preferred. Supervisory experience required. Demonstrated leadership skills, especially in the areas of sales and coaching. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Sound and consistent judgment and decision making abilities, excellent communication skills, and a working knowledge of MS Office are essential.
This position is in Flagstaff.
