| Duties: | We are currently seeking a dynamic leader to assist in developing and coaching our front-line lending staff. This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance within branch operations, business development, contributing to strategic goals, and serving as a liason between leadership and staff. Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous leadership and management experience within a financial institution. The ability to effectively hire and mentor staff members is required.
Additional duties include:
-Cultivating relationships within the Casper community to leverage membership growth
-Effectively manage escalated member issues
-Participate in audit activities and collaborate with examiners as required
-Delegate tasks to aid in staff growth and development |
