Duties:We are seeking a customer orientated individual to assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and end-user issues. This position will assist in computer configuration management, including new desktop setup. Additional responsibilities are:
*Provide timely problem resolution (password resets, printer troubleshooting) for local and remote users
*Track and follow up on problem ticket and ticketing queues
*Appropriately escalate complex issues while ensuring that internal customers remain informed of problem status
*Effectively complete basic testing on upgrades and scenario planning as required

Qualifications:The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize effectively and communicate well at various levels throughout the organization. Previous help desk experience is essential. An Associate�s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is desired.
