| Description: | Pinal County Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled financial manager to become its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be a critical part of the leadership team and deals with the full scope of our financial administration. The CFO will also work closely with staff and the Board to help lead, guide and shape the organization.
The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of accounting and fiscal operations preferably in the credit union industry. He or she will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, a hands-on management style and the ability to address and solve problems or issues as they arise.

| Duties: | � Direct the preparation and implementation of all financial reports, quarterly call reports, cost centers, income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and government regulatory agencies.
� Responsibility for creation of annual budget.
� Oversight of all expenses.
� Responsibility for monthly and year-end closes.
�Generating monthly reports for CEO and Board of Directors.
� Oversight of annual audit.
� Assist with budget preparation, audit functions, Allowance to Loan and Lease Loss (ALLL), and Asset Liability Management (ALM).
� Serve on Asset and Liability Committee and provides guidance on rates and investment of credit Union funds.

| Qualifications: | Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; or C.P.A. designation; or Five (5) to seven (7) years� related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
