| Duties: | Service Center Representatives (Tellers) provide member /customer service to walk-in or drive-thru credit union members through a variety of financial and banking transactions. Elements of the job include: examining deposit or withdrawal documents for completeness and accuracy, validating account information, processing a variety of teller transactions, and balancing all monetary totals. Service Center Representatives also qualify potential members for membership, open new accounts, order checks, debit cards, process loans and cross-sell additional products and services. |
| Qualifications: | �Requires a high school diploma or GED.
�Prior financial institution experience is preferred, with comparable experience in cash handling, customer service and sales also acceptable.
�Requires good communication skills and professional demeanor with the ability to conduct business in a confidential manner.
�Requires basic computer skills working in Windows-based environments
�Requires ability to work in a high volume cash handling environment and flexibility to work a variety of schedules including weekends.
