We are looking for a talented and experienced Vice President of Retail with at least 10 years of P&L experience in a multi-location environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with vision, grit and determination. This position requires a person who has a passion for creating unique and meaningful retail experiences and is focused on providing excellent member service.
As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will be the internal and external champion for the credit union’s sales and service culture, and will be responsible for all retail functions – communicating the brand and ensuring members have an engaging experience in each branch, the retail P&L, meeting targets, driving operational efficiencies, personnel management and all other areas of retail oversight.

|Duties:||What will you be doing?|
•Leading and inspiring a strong retail team
•Ensure the Sooper Credit Union brand is effectively communicated through all branch locations
•Create a compelling “best in class” in-branch member experience
•Collaborate with senior management in the development of strategic plans to achieve the credit union’s overall objectives
•Achieve retail P&L and KPI targets; including growing same-branch sales
•Oversee development, pricing and enhancements of all deposit products
•Ensure internal processes are aligned with policy, procedures, regulations and credit union strategy
•Create and implement procedures that maximize revenue, efficiency and accuracy
•Work closely with Lending and Marketing for promotions to maximize traffic, revenue and profitability
•Focus on development, leadership and management, through training and ongoing communications, to ensure team success, achievement of goals and career progression
