Description:Colorado Credit Union is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to be a part of a sales & member service driven team.

The FSR guides and assists branch office employees in respect to their duties. Provides assistance to members by meeting their needs relative to the products the credit union offers.
Duties:To maintain a professional work environment and business like appearance by adhering to the CCU dress code.

To process all member loan applications and correspondence in a 24 hour period. To respond to all telephone messages within two hours of receiving and all completed by end of day. To answer telephone within three rings.

To process all member teller and loan transactions with at least 90% accuracy.

To process all member new account applications and correspondence in a 24 hour period.

To manage inquire inbox emails within 1 hour of receipt by replying, forwarding, or researching requests for members.

Provide accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional service to all members, by standing when member comes in, introduce self, acknowledge member by making eye contact, and using memberís name.

Meet or exceed all established performance metrics, including funded loan goals and cross sales of other products and services.

Interviews all loan applicants for requested loan as well as other potential future financial needs.

Reviews and makes suggested recommendation on all loan request submitted to underwriting.

Serves as a loan processor to file titles, collect insurance information, and other supporting documentation to approve and complete any loan file.

Prepares loan documents for approved loans according to policies, procedures, and regulations.

Must competently present loan documents according to policies and regulations for memberís signature.

Audit and review new account procedures and policies in compliance with BSA.

Audit and review wire procedures and policies in compliance with BSA.

Complete accurate and timely required BSA documentation in compliance with BSA policies and procedures, to include and not limited to OFAC, CTR, and SAR.

Must effectively discuss denial reasons with loan applicants and provide information to help improve financial position.

Must participate in Credit Union business development and community relations activities.

Serve as backup support for MSRs in times of high transaction volume or short staffed states.

Meet expectations of ďMy Commitment to MembersĒ.

Support and exude CCUís Service Standards.

Support promotions and strategies to meet credit unionís goals.

Attendance must be kept in accordance with CCUís standards and at no time affect member service or branch performance.

Adhere to all service standards as outlined in the credit unionís policies and procedures.
Qualifications:KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

Knowledge of and ability to apply basic supervisory skills, effective member service and proper phone etiquette skills. Knowledge of financial products and services and basic computer operations. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. Ability to verbally communicate in person and by phone, read, type, make judgment and count currency and coin. Ability to detect and trace errors, trouble-shoot and solve problems.

EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING

(1) A two year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.

EXPERIENCE

Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
