|Description:||Assist members and potential members over the phone with their credit union needs directly and through other departments. Effectively explain and refer credit union products and services in order to build relationships with new and existing members. Respond to problems in a timely manner and direct members to the appropriate people as needed. Provide professional, upbeat and friendly service to all of our members via the telephone. Understands and opens new accounts and services, utilizing cross-servicing and problem solving skills to provide for the members' business now and in the future. Processes financial transactions while maintaining member security and conducts research on accounts. Performs basic consumer loan functions, and processes consumer loan applications within individual lending limits.|
