| Duties: | Greeley Branch
The Member Service Representative is responsible for performing duties related to member service transactions, which include: financial transactions, problem solving, selling merchandise, and opening new and additional accounts/ services. Exceptional member service and communications skills are required due to the high level of member contact.
Demonstrates complete knowledge of all credit union products and services. Promotes credit union products and services that would be beneficial to the member. Balances each day�s transactions and verifies cash. Assists in balancing the entire branch.

| Qualifications: | High School Diploma or GED
Bi-lingual a plus
Customer service - Sales focused individual with experience
Excellent communication skills � both verbal and written
Detail oriented, strong organization skills
