| Duties: | The Financial Service Representative is responsible for performing all duties related to servicing our member�s financial needs. Requires knowledge of:
� operations, which includes completing financial transactions (tellering),
� problem solving
� opening new and additional accounts/ services
� consumer lending functions
Completes entire loan process: interviewing, underwriting, dispersing loan proceeds, closing, perfecting all legal documents and/or titles, and assembling the file.
Extensive and exceptional member service skills are required due to the high level of member contact.
Performs duties according to established department policies and adheres to Credit Union procedures and policies.

| Qualifications: | 2 years consumer lending experience: taking loan applications, processing, and closing
Underwriting experience is beneficial
High School Diploma or GED
Bi-lingual a plus
Sales focused individual with experience
Excellent communication skills � both verbal and written
Detail oriented, strong organization skills
