Sr. Financial Analyst
Responsible for providing research and analysis in the areas such as cost-benefit analysis, product and division profitability, and financial trending. Compiles, prepares, analyzes and presents information to various audiences. Ensures all reporting requirements are accurate, complete, and timely.
Serves as back-up to the VP of Finance. Assists in project implementation and management. Applies knowledge of products and services to improve processes and member service.

| Duties: | Assumes responsibility for effectively performing financial analysis:
Using various software programs and resources, performs detail analysis and research on the profitability and cost benefit of products and divisions, changes in trends, feasibility studies, expenses and various other research requests. Compiles numerical and/or statistical data and presents it to management and/or the Board of Directors.
Projects and/or researches ROI, product margins and other various financial models and evaluations. Reports analysis to management. Makes price and cost recommendations based on the analysis findings. Develops or recommends new methods and/or procedures in clear and concise documentation.
Assumes responsibility for the effective and efficient performance of financial record keeping responsibilities:
Ensures the timely maintenance of financial reports, UBIT reporting, tax filings, Strategic planning document and miscellaneous documents as required.
Demonstrates working knowledge of database tools including Raddon and XP systems. Works with Marketing Manager to update the Raddon system. Creates reports as requested.
Ensures compliance with regulatory financial reporting requirements. Completes and maintains audit file maintenance process.
Assumes responsibility for assisting in the effective performance of accounting department functions:
Assists in the completion of the quarterly Call report and other various duties as needed.
Understands the monthly financial reporting and creation process in order to back up the VP of Finance.

| Qualifications: | 3-5 years in related field
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or business preferred
Experience in related field equivalent to a college degree
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong technical and analytical skills
Attentive to detail
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups
Solid oral and written communication abilities
Extensive experience with Excel
