| Description: | Summary of Responsibilities: Create a unique member experience and assist our members achieve their financial goals and dreams through Personal Connections, Simple Solutions, and Lifetime Relationships. Welcomes Credit Union members and assists members with the full range of financial industry transactions typically associated with teller responsibilities. Is knowledgeable of and cross-sells Credit Union products and services. This is an entry level supervisory position which mentors, trains, and coaches junior members of the Member Service team. Some overtime to include Saturdays required. Other duties as assigned. |
| Duties: | Those typically associated with a financial industry head teller position. |
| Qualifications: | High School diploma or equivalent plus three years of progressive experience in teller operations, financial industry product sales, member service, and entry level supervisory responsibilities. Must have the skills necessary to work with the public, in small groups and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Successful candidate will be able to multi- task and operate computer systems in a Windows environment, and work periodic overtime. College coursework or vocational training in business, financials, or accounting desired. |
