Public Service Credit Union is hiring for multiple Communication Center Representative positions in our call center in Denver. These are full-time positions with benefits.

The Communication Center Representative is truly at the heart of what we do � serving our membership. You could say that it�s the most important position here at PSCU. Well, one of them, that�s certain.

| Duties: | Our Communication Center Representatives interact with our members to discover, anticipate and meet their financial service needs by assisting with inquiries and questions, primarily on the telephone. We delight our members by providing great personal service by phone to help them with their financial needs.
|
| Qualifications: | Successful candidates will have solid experience delivering great customer service while listening for and helping to meet customers' unmet needs. They will also have strong relationship,
customer service, communication and teamwork skills. Solid cross-selling ability is also required.
Candidates must have availability to work when scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Previous call center experience and bilingual abilities are a plus.
A minimum of six to twelve months of customer service experience in a financial institution and/or a call center is highly desired, during which the following types of experience would have been obtained:
� Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships with a diverse customer base.
� Effective verbal and written communication skills; excellent telephone communication skills and etiquette.
� Cash handling experience preferred along with the ability to perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.
� Ability to multi-task with competing demands.
� Ability to utilize appropriate software and technological applications.
� Willingness to work as an individual performer in a team environment with creativity and a positive attitude.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
PC, phone, calculator, copier, fax, printer, etc.
Working Conditions:
� Office environment.
� Necessitates some movement from department to department and/or location to location.
� Some lifting required up to approximately 25 lbs.
� Occasional standing.
� Occasional stooping, bending and stretching, & filing.
� Physical ability to maintain continuous hours of sitting.
� Physical ability to speak on the phone for extended periods of time.
� Manual dexterity to input data on keyboard (i.e., computer, calculator, telephone,fax, etc.).
� Visual ability to interpret data from PC screen and written documents.
